Jenkins Home Inspections is owned and operated by Ron Jenkins. As your professionally certified inspector, my goal is to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property you own or are looking to purchase. I have the training and experience needed to identify potential issues and give you a better idea of the ongoing maintenance the property may require.
I was in the Air Force for 11 years with the Civil Engineering Squadron, operating heavy equipment and working with concrete and asphalt. After I left the military, I worked with Lennar and True Homes as a construction superintendent, where I oversaw the building process and conducted client meetings for 10 years.
As a certified and licensed inspector, I will always perform an in-depth inspection and provide a full report, complete with photos and explanations. I’m happy to address any questions you may have about the property and look forward to working with you.
